I don't know if this has anything to do with a plugin or something, from what i've seen none of the plugins we're using has anything to do with ai. I logged in and no scientists are spawning anywhere on the map, not on oil rig, military tunnels, junk piles. Similar to the military tunnel and the cargo ship monuments, it is protected by armed scientists.
