I looked in the manual and it says if this light comes on take it to a dealer but i'm not taking it to the dealer to have them charge me 150 bucks for fixing a blown fuse if that would be the cause. And it won't start, does anyone know?

The tbc trouble code means that there is no connection with the trailer wiring, and it warns you that the stoplights or turn lights don't work on the trailer. You could also try to jump it but i have seen the tbc fault light come on for long cranking.
